Customers who bought the first iPhone model will not be annoyed that a new model has hit the market, according to a consumer advice group. Huw Morgan, editor of mobilechoiceuk.com, said that owners of the product want to have the latest technology as it launches and are prepared to pay a premium for it. "I know people who have already bought their iPhone 3G and they are not so worried about the price. They want it as soon as they can get it," he added. Mr Morgan went on to say that any technology people buy at the top end of the market will be replaced by something better and will drop in price within six months and a year of going on sale. Last week Apple launched its new iPhone 3G which has most of same features as its predecessor but now includes 3G, claimed to make downloads twice as fast. © Adfero Ltd |
