We train members of your team so they can then be the onsite help for those that need it, we will also provide each and every end user with a quick reference guide so that FAQ’s and “how-to’s” are there at a glance. We also offer a ‘walk the floor’ Office application coaching service, where the trainer is available to provide individual deskside assistance. This can be useful post Office 2007 upgrades so that people get timely support and a friendly helping hand.
