Cancel an existing service
Cancellation policy:
- IT Support services may be cancelled after an initial period of three months. Cancellation must be made by 17:00 on the 23rd of each month, in order for the service to be cancelled at the end of that month. Service cancellations made after the 23rd will be effective on the last working day of the next month.
- IT Support Deskside assistance may be cancelled without charge, if cancellation is received by ihotdesk up to 24 hours prior to the planned visit. A full charge will be made, if less than 24 hours notice is given. To cancel your scheduled visit, please email helpdesk@ihotdesk.com now.
