Software enabling on-the-move diary planning and communication with colleagues has been updated to support Microsoft Exchange 2007. The announcement comes from software provider Handstep, which hopes that the newly-synchronised device will make liaising and scheduling more flexible and planning ahead more productive. Vice-president of products division for HandStep, Tim Carter said: "Anyone who works away from the office in highly collaborative environments will benefit from improved visibility and easier meeting planning." Private secretary for the Danish minister for social welfare Wilms Andersen added that his department has been using the technology, finding it effective and easy to use. Earlier this week, broadband provider Nildram announced the release of a new portfolio of internet services developed specifically for small and medium-sized business enterprises (SMEs). The initiative aims to provide different performance options, including cheaper selections, for SMEs with employee numbers of between ten and 250 people, across different sectors. © Adfero Ltd |
