A voice over internet protocol (VoIP) manufacturer has signed a deal to make on-demand customer relationship management (CRM) software available on its web-connected phones.

Camrixox has been signed-up by snom technology to implement its computer technology integration (CTI) software to snom handsets via a web connection.

The software will allow snom to make its CRM tools available on its mobile phones.

Malcolm Wood, chief executive officer of Camrivox, said: "We are delighted to be working in partnership with snom.

"We can [now] offer a simple and cost effective CTI upgrade to those millions of Salesforce.com customers currently limited to expensive and complex Enterprise telephony offerings."

He added that the partnership is a "great fit" and will allow it to bring its Microsoft CRM facilities to its customers.

Camrivox is a technology firm with an in-depth knowledge of software, telecoms, IP and networking.

It helps firms integrate their telephone and CRM applications.
